A trip to watch the Scarlets play Connacht

Children between Year 2 and Year 6 had the opportunity to watch the Scarlets play Connacht on March 2nd. The children paraded around the pitch before the start of the game in front of all the supporters and had a chance to meet Cochyn, the Scarlets mascot. As well as this, the school's Young Ambassadors walked around the pitch at half time to celebrate the Carmarthenshire Olympic Torch reaching Llanelli. A huge thank you to the staff who gave up their time to supervise the event! It was a great night and the Scarlets ended up winning 38-10. Da iawn Scarlets!

'I enjoyed the Scarlets game because the Scarlets won and it helped me to develop my rugby skills by watching the professionals'.
